"All of us want to belong and know that we are safe...within our families, within our workplaces or schools,  and within the culture at large. Knowing that we have a safe place where will be accepted unconditionally with all our flaws is a deeply visceral experience. I feel grateful and honored to provide that safe space for my clients and to provide them with the opportunity to both internalize and reproduce a core experience of love, acceptance, and safety in all aspects of their lives. When clients bring their flaws, their pain, and shame to the safe-space of my office they are always met with unconditional positive regard. This acceptance is the beginning of belonging. . . the beginning of freedom."
